Forezzi ("Forezzi," "we," "us," or "our") provides premium property management, residence stewardship, and curated guest stays. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our website and the inquiry forms on it. It applies to property owners, prospective guests, and website visitors. It does not govern any separate written agreement that applies once you engage Forezzi's services; those agreements may contain additional privacy terms.

Information you provide. When you submit an owner or guest inquiry form, we collect the information you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, number of bedrooms, and any message or details you choose to share about your property or planned stay.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and marketing-attribution parameters (such as UTM tags) that indicate how you reached our site.
3. How We Collect It
We collect information directly from you (through our forms, email, or phone), automatically through cookies and similar technologies as you use the site, and — where we run marketing campaigns — from referral or advertising partners via attribution parameters.

We store inquiry data using trusted third-party business tools, currently including Google Workspace (Google Sheets and related services). We may share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting, analytics, email, and storage providers), with professional advisors, in connection with a business transaction, or where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information. Any sharing with the service providers described above is only for the purposes set out in this policy.
6. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, and analytics services (which may include Google Analytics), to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and track marketing attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site functions.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, pursue a potential or actual business relationship, and meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion as described below.

Forezzi operates across Mexico, Canada, and the United States. Your information may be processed and stored in a country other than the one where you reside. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate protection for cross-border transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, to opt out of marketing communications, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California (CCPA / CPRA)
We collect the categories of personal information described above (identifiers, contact and commercial information, and internet or other electronic-network activity) from the sources and for the business purposes described. We do not sell your personal information for monetary value, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the right to know, access, delete, and correct their personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Submit requests to partners@forezzi.com. This notice is reviewed at least annually.
Canada (PIPEDA & BC PIPA)
We collect and use personal information with your consent and for the identified purposes above, limiting collection to what a reasonable person would consider appropriate. Mexico (LFPDPPP — Aviso de Privacidad)
Forezzi, acting as the data controller (Responsable), processes the personal data described above for the primary purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing our services; secondary purposes such as marketing require your consent. You may exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition), revoke your consent, and limit the use or disclosure of your data by contacting partners@forezzi.com. A Spanish-language Aviso de Privacidad is available to individuals in Mexico on request.
12. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
